WOSA at Kew Summer Swing
Summer Swing at Kew comprises 5 nights of live music, in twelve acts played to over 30,000 ABC1 consumers. The challenge presented to CUBE was to draw the visitors’ attention to the quality and variety of South Africa’s wine offering whilst they are focusing on the main event.
CUBE took a holistic approach and used every opportunity to brand the event and communicate key messages. Flags, scrims, bags, bottle-holders, rugs and a host of other promotional products were produced and distributed throughout the site.
We also worked hard to maximise both the sampling and sales opportunities. Credit card-sized information cards were produced for each wine, and two sales points established to cater the needs of the throng.
A team of sixteen staff were trained and briefed on the wines and how to best present them, which involved not only engaging with and serving ‘walk-ups’ but also getting out amongst the crowds and taking the wines of South Africa to them.
