Welcome to the Wines of Portugal Sommelier Challenge in association with Imbibe

Look, we know you are busy so we've made the entry process really easy. And the prize is fantastic.

The winner will be able to select a Portuguese wine region of their choice and will then enjoy an all expenses paid trip to team up with one of Portugual's leading wine makers to make their very own wine. This unique creation will then be bottled and the winner will be provided with 10 cases to sell in their restaurant/bar - or, quite frankly, to enjoy with their (no doubt very impressed) friends and colleagues.

So, what's keeping you? All you need do is provide us with your favourite food and Portuguese wine match from your restaurant/bar and we'll include you in the draw. A little bit of blurb - certainly no more than 200 words - will also help support your entry but isn't essential. The top five food and wine matches will be featured in the September/October issue of Imbibe (fame, bright lights...) and the winner jet's off to become a temporary wine maker.
